Conclusion

I believe that the intentions of the current sea defenses at Pantai Morib are good, and they were intended to be efficient defenses against the coastal erosion of the beach. But due to the terrible execution of those sea defenses, the beach has resulted into a breakdown of those sea defenses.

In light that money is an issue for the beach, I recommend that beach norishment is needed to sustainably manage the Pantai Morib area as it is a lorg term efficient plan to keep the beach alive. This won't stop the process of Longshore drifitng in pantai Morib, but help slow the process of it.

If beach norishmeant were to be executed here, placing sand all along the shore with more sand placed near the stores, the beach would provide more space and sand for the tourists and beach goers to use and this will allow time for the Pantai Morib community to plan a better and efficient way of managing the beach.

Another recommendation I have for the Pantai Morib area is the use of litter signs and clean beach programs.

The biggest concern other than the longshore drifitng in Pantai Morib is it's concerning amount of litter scattered along the beach. I believe this is due to the lack of signs and rubbish bin featured in the area.

If more litter signs were put up around the area of the stores & shops, more locals & tourists will be aware to not trash their rubbish on the beach, and by placing more rubbish bins in the area, they will find it easier to place their trash in the correct area.

Beach programs is another reccomendation I would suggest as it would give Pantai Morib a sense of community while being proactive in the sense that the beach can be cleared up and have a better appeal thus attractting more people to the beach and funding the community better.
